Review of scope, manner & intensity of the detention & reasonableness of the arrest, reports, supervisory insight, & approval of respective reports, Vehicle Pursuits, vehicle pursuit to ensure that all respective policies, procedures and laws were followed based on the totality of the circumstances; review of post-pursuit reports & training, Covert Investigations, Vice Internal Affairs and Narcotics to ensure respective policies, procedures & laws were followed. Review of logs, reports, criminal history, search warrants & court documents used in the investigation, K9 Operations, Deployment K9 for systematic search or a directed deployment. Review K9 contact (bite investigation) to ensure reasonableness of the K9 deployment based on the totality of the circumstances, Special Weapons & Tactics, SWAT incident analysis to ensure the tactical deployment was reasonable based on the totality of the circumstances to include the use of hostage/crisis negotiations, chemical agent/irritant, review command and control as well the tactical plan and execution of the tactical plan, provide consulting and expert witness testimony on private security, premises liability, and foreseeability matters for defense & plaintiff on deployment of security personnel Security training, licensing & certification of the security professionals directly or indirectly involved in the incident, Security reports completed for the involved incident & prior security & incident reports at the involved venue/event, Security staffing for the venue or event to include professional or college sporting events, concerts, bars and restaurants, motels/hotels, nightclubs, shopping malls, stores and other public venues, Security procedures.
