PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently responsible for the management of a Private safety consulting and OSHA Compliance Training Division.
SME consulting assignments including post incident, investigation and analysis, inspections of projects and property for compliance with safety and health regulations, drafting technical analysis and SME reports.

He has served on a consulting operation since 1999, as a senior EHS advisor responsible for client safety and health training in general industry and heavy construction workplaces.

He has wide experience in safety and health of project workplaces including EHS audits of manufacturing operations, public works projects, educational and high-tech facilities, heavy civil construction, logistics and transportation, and maritime intermodal containerized cargo. Has conducted onsite safety inspections and/or investigated more than 5,000 properties in the State of California.
