Maintenance Auditor provides clients with in-depth analysis and recommendations for improving specifications, maintenance systems, operating procedures, performance benchmarks, productivity guidelines and regulatory compliance.

1983-2003 Spokane Transit Authority, Spokane, WA Worked in jobs of progressive responsibility in his 20 years at STA, including Interim Vehicle Maintenance Manger, Senior Foreman, and Journey Level First Class Mechanic Providing progress reports to management on training and the on going functions of the Maintenance Department, Prepared statistical analyses of the Fleet Maintenance and department operations and fleet operational cost and failure analyses of components, Coordinated with the Department of Ecology for fleet emissions testing and reporting, Prepared new vehicle specifications and review approved equals on bid request, Assisted in the interview and selection of new employees for the maintenance department, Established training evolutions for Maintenance employees, Conducted quarterly audits of the vendor for Para transit weekend service provider, Investigated and generate subsequent accident and incident reports of accidents involving transit equipment, vehicles and personnel, Coordinated the repair of defects, breakdowns and damages to all transit vehicles and the instruction of new employees in vehicle maintenance procedures and techniques
