6/95 - 8/97 Customer Service Manager - Interturbine Dallas Casings - Establish and document policy and procedure for customer service department of an FAA repair station overhauling large jet engine components (JT8D, CF6, CFM56, and Rolls Royce). Developed performance measurement tools, databases, and systems to support the requirements and tracking of pricing proposals, quotations, and status of customer components in an aviation and ISO 9002 environment. As Technical Manager - Dalfort Aviation - Responsible for 70-140 mechanics and supervisors performing maintenance repairs to aircraft components in Sheetmetal, Welding, and Fiberglass shops. Organized and approved all bids, supervised quality to ISO 9000 Standards, improved shop capabilities and turn-times, and achieved a 58% R.O.I on $6M in sales.

5/88-3/91As Technical Supervisor - Dalfort Aviation - Supervision and training of mechanics involved in structural repairs and modifications of DC-8, DC-9, B-727, B-737, and B-757 aircraft during regular or special maintenance visits.
