Expert Witness No. 1309 is also experienced in tire failure indicators, low speed impacts, pedestrian impacts, vehicle and scene photography as well as photogrammetry applications.
1991 to Present NYS - Division of Criminal Justice Services Office of Public Safety - Bureau for Municipal Police, New York Associate Training Technician Supervision of field training programs, staff and federal grant programs related to traffic safety. Formalization of Bike Patrol Course Serve as representative for DCJS on NYS Task Force of Impact of Fatigue on Driving, Develop and conduct training in Accident Investigation and Reconstruction: provide reconstruction services for the District Attorney, and law enforcement agencies.
